PAPNM members have been sent a voting proxy form by email. You have a chance to vote for the whole slate or to enter a substitute nominee. Natasha Isenhour is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting. | ZOOM MeetingLOCATION: ZOOM Online Saturday, 11 AM Dec 5, 2021 Email from the President, Natasha Isenhour: Dear PAPNM Family, I hope you will all find a spot in your schedule to join us at 11 AM, on Saturday, December 5th, for our Annual PAPNM meeting and voting in of our new 2021 officers! It seems everything we do these days defaults to Zoom, and PAPNM is no different. It will be a gathering of another sort! I welcome you all to use the link to the left to join. We will be limited to the first 100 attendees, so try to come a couple of minutes early to ensure a spot! THIS TIME THERE HAS TO BE A PASSCODE! I set it to something easy to remember Passcode: 12345 So if you haven’t already downloaded the free Zoom app, I encourage you to do so to make it easy to join the meeting. I AM ASKING PARTICIPANTS EXCEPT FOR THE BOARD MEMBERS THAT ARE ON THE AGENDA TO PLEASE MUTE YOURSELVES ONCE THE MEETING HAS STARTED PROMPTLY AT 11. Remember that we can hear everything happening in your world and it makes it hard to hear the speaker with ambient noise I will give a short intro, then we will proceed to the vote. Once we have a count, we will continue with short reports or videos from each board member while the final numbers are tallied with the proxy votes, then I will announce the result. This is a chance for you to put a face to the names of the folks that have worked so hard to keep us moving forward in this crazy year, as well as a chance for us to see you guys, which is the whole reason we are here!
