• 00 Help Prepare Tiny Treasures
  Do you want to help prepare Tiny Treasure canvases and tins? We needs to make 35 before the show! We can have a work party in Los Alamos or Santa Fe. Dates would be sometime after July 8th and before the event begins.
• 01 Stamp/Event Check-In July 26 3:00-5:00
  Stamp panels, and hand out registration bags. We will do this somewhere in Los Alamos within 10 minutes from Fuller Lodge Art Center.
• 02 Check-In July 27, 8-10 am
  Help Check in Artists:
  stamp panels and hand out welcome packets
  Location TBD (can be in White Rock or Los Alamos, please email if you have a preference)
• 05-06 Artwork Check In, Wednesday July 31st
  Assist with artwork check in at Fuller Lodge Art Center, 1-4 pm. We will need to check the stamp on the back of panels, ensure labels are filled out, etc.
• 07 Show Hanging, Thursday August 1st
  Assist with hanging the show on Thursday August 1st. 10 am - 12 pm is the tentative hanging time.
• 08 Upload Artwork Photos to PAPNM event album, Thursday August 1st
  Upload photos provided by artists to the PAPNM event album. Could be done anytime Thursday or Friday
• 09 Assistant to the Judge
  Take notes and assist the judge while she judges the show. Note: ideally the assistant will not be participating in the show, or is a signature member who is not eligible for awards. Time and date to be determined but most likely Friday August 2nd earlier in the day. Feel free to email Rachel with questions or for more info.
• 10 Organize Reception Refreshments Friday August 2nd
  Figure out what reception food and beverages to buy, where, and bring it to the reception Friday night. You will be given a budget for the reception refreshments.
• 11 Opening Reception, Set Up, Friday August 2nd 4-5 pm
  Help prepare for the opening reception on Friday August 2nd.
• 12 Opening Reception, Greeter, Friday August 2nd 5 pm
• 13 Opening Reception, Photographer, Friday August 2nd 5-7pm
  Take photos during the opening reception
• 14 Opening Reception, Videographer, Friday August 2nd 5-7 pm
  Record video footage during the opening reception
• 15 Opening Reception, Clean Up, Friday August 2nd 7 pm
  Help clean up after the opening reception on Friday August 2nd.
• 16 Check-Out August 31, 1-3 pm
  Check out paintings to artists on August 31st and Fuller Lodge Art Center Gallery.
