Volunteer SIGN UP National Show

Registration

• 08-09-26 Artwork Check In 10 am - 2 pm
  Assist with artwork check in at the Gallery. We will need ensure labels are filled out, etc.
• 11-09-26 4 - 5pm Reception Greeter
  Hand out name tags, greet people
• 11-09-26 4 - 5pm Reception Painting Runners at Awards Ceremony
  Retrieve winning paintings from their hanging location in gallery and bring to awards stage for winner and judge to hold for photo ops. Then return it to it's place in gallery and make sure Award Ribbon is affixed to the title plate.
  Two people are needed to tag team and keep the award proceedings moving along.
• 11-09-26 4 - 6pm Reception-Photographer
  Take photos during the opening reception. Mail photos to event website assistant or upload photos to event reception photo album.
• 11-09-26 4-5pm. Reception Set Up Assistant.
  Help prepare for the opening reception at 4 pm
• 11-09-26 4-6pm Reception-Videographer,
  Record video footage during the opening reception. Provide video to Webmaster for inclusion in the reception album.
• 19-10-26 Artwork Check-Out 12-3 pm
  Check out paintings to artists at the gallery. Includes repackaging and prepating shipped work for return.
