Join PAPNM Master Signature Member Jane Hunt, as she outlines how she creates a landscape painting...from planning to completion.  She shares lessons learned over 30 years of painting and breaks down the essential decisions that need to be made at every stage.  You’ll soon see why Jane is one of the nation’s most sought after instructors, and why her workshops have been described as ‘art school in a week’! Learn about her workshops and upcoming online lessons here: www.janehuntart.com

    Jane will overview how she:

    • Creates and uses a value study
    • Designs a strong composition
    • Utilizes color theory
    • Harmonizes the painting
    • Uses grays to create balance
    • Simplifies color temperature
    • Handles edges
    • Creates an area of interest
    • Sets a specific mood
    • Makes forms look accurate
    • Leads the viewers eye
Whew…and that’s just a few of the things covered! At the end of the session you’ll also have an opportunity to ask Jane questions.

Jane Hunt is a Master Signature Member of PAPNM & WAOW, a Signature Member of OPA, AIS, AWA, WAOW, PAAC & LPAPA, and an Artist Member of the Salmagundi Club and the California Art Club.
