50 PAPNM artists will gather in and around Ruidoso from May 20-27,2012, to paint the local scenes in this bustling mountain town. Important dates are the following:
Feb 1 - Artists sign up online under Member Events - registration closes after 50 artists are registered
May 19 - Kickoff Party for artists - 5-7 pm - in the Lounge at the Lodge at Sierra Blanca, 107 Sierra Blanca Rd, Ruidoso. Light refreshments and a Cash Bar. This is where you'll get your Paintout Packet and Maps. Plus, meet the other artists!
May 20-25 Artists Paintout at various locations - follow suggested dates and places
May 25 - Drop off painting(s) at RRCA Gallery, 2-5 pm
May 26 -- Opening and Awards, 5-7 pm at RRCA Gallery
May 27 -- Quick Draw, 9-12 am, at Inn of the Mountain Gods
May 26-June 29 -- Show open to the public, gallery hours 11-5 Mon - Fri, 12-4 Sat/Sun
June 30 - Artists pick up unsold work, 9 am to noon
